At Cliphair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your extensions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products provided the hygiene seal remains intact. Due to health and safety regulations, hair extensions cannot be returned if they have been removed from their packaging or worn.

Return Process

  Check the Hygiene Seal

  Before opening your package, ensure the color is a perfect match through the transparent window; once the gold security seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for a return.

  Fill Out the Return Form

  Complete the returns slip included in your original delivery, clearly stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different shade or length.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your extensions in their original box and use a tracked shipping service to send them back to our warehouse to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
